I have over 20 years clinical counselling and coaching services with family service agencies in Ontario and developed and taught stress management and lifestyle adjustment to diabetes education clients in a multi-cultural Toronto hospital context. I am the Clinical Director at Henderson Counselling Services.
Cultural diversity and travel have taught me some of the unique customs and values each culture brings to our society. I know the challenges new immigrants face finding resources and fitting into the Canadian mosaic. All couples journey through blending two (or more) unique families of origin. Every couple experiences challenges to their relationship, from work-home pressures, intimacy needs, in-law dynamics, family stressors, communication breakdown, resentments, and misunderstanding that require emotional repair and the tools to restore balance to their daily lives.
I’m a trained Sex Therapist and specialize in treating Internet Porn Addictions, as well as Male and Female Sexual Dysfunctions.
